The preparatory committee of the event will provide the transportation for the audience from Almeria airport to the suggested hotels for accommodation. As well, it will be provide a shuttle service from the hotel to the Conference and Exhibition Palace and return during the event.
It is important to notice beforehand to rmartine@tragsa.es the arrivals and departures timetables, flight details and the number of delegation attending.
Airport
The international airport is located in Almería, at 8 kilometres east of the capital and 19 kilometres from the convention center, there are direct flights from the principal capitals of Europe.
A Welcome Desk will be placed in the Arrivals Area at Almeria Airport to assist participants with their transfer to the hotels.
